Bluetooth pairing

I had a “new” box reinstalled by a tech and since then my Bluetooth pairing won’t save.  I need to repair each time I turn it on.  Why?

Hi there @user_mg04ll ! You should definitely not have to repair each time. I would recommend resetting the power for the box to be sure it has the current firmware and trying again.
