Have replaced the primary x1 box, and the hdmi cable. Have swapped ports and the picture is still only black and white. Apps like Netflix are in color. What do I try next?

have you connected a DVD player etc to the same HDMI port to be sure it is working? is the HDMI cable on both ends firmly seated? (you will feel and hear a click as it locks fully into place.

have you connected a DVD player etc to the same HDMI port to be sure it is working? is the HDMI cable on both ends firmly seated? (you will feel and hear a click as it locks fully into place.
