Audio dropping on all channels

Continuous audio dropping for several seconds on all channels.  Anyone else in the Atlanta area having this problem?

Hi @gizmo37 Thanks for bringing your audio concerns to our attention. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps yet?  Can you check the connection to your tv, cable box and the wall outlet to ensure everything is finger tight and secure? 

Do you have any splitters connected that you could bypass to isolate if it's the issue? Have you tried swapping out your HDMI cord to see if the audio corrects itself?

I tried restarting and refreshing and that didn't help.  Then I tried moving the cable box and laying it flat and so far that seems to be working.

@gizmo37 thank you for the update, that is good news things are working better for you now! Sometimes if you have your equipment near too many other electronic devices, it can interfere with the signal. We can follow up with you here again after a few days to ensure things have continued to hold up and you don't run into any issues again! Occasional audio drops but not like before.
