user_nk8mhs What type of connection are you using to load your apps on your TV? (WiFi or Ethernet)
Are you using a Smart TV or X1 box?

Thanks for confirming. Are you able to log into those apps on other devices?

When you have a moment, can you head over to https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-system-refresh and follow the steps to perform a system refresh? Let us know if you run into any issues.

I did the system refresh again this morning. Apple Tv sign in still says it is not available at this time, try again later.

There is a widespread problem with apps (Paramount+, Apple TV, Prime, etc.) through Xfinity's TV boxes.  They are unusable.  Even the techs who come to the house report that their families are suffering from it, too.  No word from Xfinity about this.  When one engages live agents in chat, the live agents don't know anything about it.  The virtual agent doesn't either.

Xfinity is inviting a major class action lawsuit and precipitous loss of customers because it is not communicating with customers about this issue. Xfinity has known about the problem for a long time, yet does nothing to fix the problem and does not publicly acknowledge the company's failures.

I am thinking about taking a position in the market that reflects things to come that will make 2025 look mild in terms of Xfinity's loss of customer base.
