APPS are not working on my TV --
I have tried to use a few apps on my TV and nothing happens, once I got and error - APPS 04033. I tried the Weather app and the iHeart Radio app, nothing happened. I have tried using the Voice command and nothing happens, but the blue light comes on when I press the Voice button on my remote. This just started this morning, 8/31/2022 so I don't know if neighbors are having same problem. I did a Refresh, it didn't help - I tried a System Refresh and it said my area is having a Video problem. I am in S. NH

I have the same issue. I did troubleshoot and nothing changes. The only app I can access is Netflix. The site says there are no issues in my area. I live in Virginia.

Additional Info:
I did the System Refresh ( not just a refresh ) and waited about an hour and tried the apps
again and they worked. I am not sure if it was the System Refresh or the problem just
worked it out. Maybe with so many complaining, it was an adjustment Xfinity had to
work out for everyone and all parts of the country.
