Apple TV unable to Sign On
I can't sign onto Apple TV on my X1 DVR box. The box is compatible. I am able to see the sign on area in the top left-hand corner of the screen. When I try to sign on the message says "Something went wrong. There was a problem connecting. Try again." I click try again many times and still cannot sign on. I have reset, restarted and disconnected the box multiple times as well but still have the issue. I have two other non-DVR boxes, which I could sign onto Apple TV on .Please advise what the issue maybe for the DVR box.

I do want to ensure you're able to access the Apple TV App on your X1 device, and found that clearing the stored data on the X1 device will help with App issues. If you haven't tried this when you have to can you perform these steps:
- press the Xfinity button on your remote
- use the right or left arrow buttons to get to the gear icon
- press OK to go to Settings
- use the up or down arrow buttons to get to Privacy and press OK
- go to Locally stored data and press OK
- once cleared, log back in to Apple TV App and see if log in can be completed
