All streaming apps getting error code APPS-04033

When I try to launch any streaming apps, I get error code APPS-04033. 

I tried a system restart and it didn’t help. What else?

Same. Weirdly Netflix works but Hulu, prime, peacock do not

Same here.  Troubleshooting with Tech did not resolve.

Should be back up and working. That’s why I use a dedicated streaming box. Much better experience.
