Access Manage My Account error - Solved on its own
When trying to access My Account via TV (X1 box) app I am getting the following error.
APPS-04154
Note: trying view Usage data.
I have tried to Restart and Restore but neither fixes the problem.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?
If this is in the wrong Category or Topic please move to correct ones.

@jl747 Thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Forums. Are you still having the same experience on your X1 Box? Also, were you able to access this information on the Xfinity App on a smart device or when logging into your account at Xfinity.com?
