720p????

Why do you only send 720p for HD? It’s crazy that we pay a premium price for your service and receive a sub par product. My apps are beautiful resolution. And some even 4K. Comcast?? All blurry and pixelated.

@MikiG19 Thank you for reaching out on the Xfinity Community Forums. Thank you for your feedback regarding the resolution. Are you using a cable box for viewing? Please take a look at Settings-Device Settings-Video Display to make sure it is set to Video output resolution 16:9 ,1080p60 HD (best available). If this option is not available please let us know.
