4K
I just received my XG1v4-A to have 4K capabilities, and apparently is broken. I can hear some pieces inside of it.
But my question is on the coax cable; do I need to install a new one for 4K capabilities, or, can I use the one that was installed with the previous equipment?

The coax from the wall to the box does not need to be changed.

@user_jvgvjk We do appreciate you taking the time to make this post and letting us know of both the issues with your new box and your cable questions! Does it look to have any visible damages, or does it seem to be only internal? Are you having any issues with how it is functioning? @BIslander is also spot on and correct that you don't need to worry about changing the coaxial cable as it will work the same, thanks for your help on that one!
