4K UHD Issue

Haven't had time to post this but I had this weird issue when trying to watch the 4K UHD stream of the World Series. So, first I started watching the FOX broadcast on my living room TV and then decided to see if it was also in 4K and sure enough it was, great I thought... boy was I wrong. The 4K stream was absolute garbage and unwatchable. It was so bad that the regular FOX broadcast actually looked better especially during fast action where it just pixelated like crazy so I just went back to watching the regular broadcast. Later on I decided to see if  the picture quality had improved at all and of course it hadn't. Next game I said World Series or whatever into my voice remote and 2 options came up, the regular FOX broadcast and I think in Spanish but no 4K. Weird I thought, so I said World Series 4K and only then did  it show as an option. Once again trash picture quality in 4K though. So I had an idea, I went to my other TV in my bedroom and clicked on the 4K stream and to my surprise it was much better. Not the greatest but there was a definite improvement over the regular broadcast. Why would this be? I've never had an issue like this before.
