1pst problem

My X1 box says 1pst and turns itself off.  Just shows the time.  There is no signal.  I have tried to call Xfinity and keep getting sent to someone who is reading from a troubleshooting script. I went to the Xfinity store to swap out my old box and I am now getting the 1pst code.  I can't seem to get any help from Xfinity.   I am so done with Xfinity!!!!

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your X1 box. This error is typically related to a low signal going to you box. Is this issue happening on multiple devices or just one? Do you have any splitters between your cable box and the wall outlet that you can remove? Have you tried connecting your television box to a different coax outlet? Have you been able to have a tech scheduled out to verify your signal levels?

the very old DVRs (with a clock) do fail over time. Just swap out for a new (no clock) 4k DVR xg1v4.
