My DVR is not recording the last 5 minutes of the games I try and record?

My DVR is not recording the last 5 minutes of the games I'm trying to record. Talked to 2 live agents, 1 week apart,

and they can't fix the problem. I asked to have a supervisor or manager call me back. No call yet.

What else can I do??

My questions were not answered, and the problem is still there.

Most games I record show all but the last 5 minutes or so of each game.

Once in a while I get the whole game. After over 4 hours (two occasion's) on the phone with  "agents"

and they couldn't fix the problem, I politely asked for a supervisor or manager to speak to.

I was assured that a manager was coming to answer my questions. That never happened.

I am done with comcast Xfinity. As soon as I can figure out You Tube TV, I'm out of here.

I'm in my 70's and this is THE WORST customer service I have ever had. They keep telling me how much they value my loyalty

after all of these 18 years as a customer. Like the Face book group says..."Comcast Xfinity [Edited: "Language"]" is true.

user_gz1sp3, I am sorry that you had this experience with us. I would be happy to help. If you are setting your DVR recordings to cover a game, you may need to set it to extend past the time the game is supposed to end. I do this on mine since you can never know how long a game will last. If it goes into overtime, you definitely need to adjust your recording times. If you need assistance with this, please let us know.
