Xfinity Logs me out after logging in

Hello. I just made a brand new account on xfinity and attempted to sign up for the 1000 Mbps service. Every time I log in on Firefox, Edge, or Chrome I am redirected to the main page and immediately logged out. I cleared the cache and cookies on all 3 browsers and attempted re-logging in on all 3 browsers and it repeats the same issue. As a brand new customer, this is worrying for future service!

In regards to the official Xfinity app, after logging in I am told "Access Not Authorized" and then am locked out of the app usage

New customer here too and I'm having the same issues as well! A bit frustrating trying to log in and see if my purchase actually went through.
