What happened to the old Home Page?!?!?! The new Discovery Hub [Edited]!!!

Hate the new Discovery Hub.  Too many sign in requests.  The old Home Page had news, entertainment, all that stuff wrapped into one.  Will be changing Home Page to news.google.com.   Are you trying to get rid of customers?

Where has my homepage gone?  All I see when I log on is a white page saying Discovery Hub and it lists several options:  Hub Home, Internet, Entertainment, Free TV Movies, Mobile, Smart Home.  There is no news and very unlike my usual home page.  It directs me to click on my avatar to see my email.  I much prefer my old home page.  I talked with a rep several days ago and she directed me to clear cookies, etc.  It worked for one day than went back to this Discovery Hub page.  How can I get my old home page back?

@Ursabear

At this point in time it appears the Discovery HUB is going to stay.  We can only hope that it's in transition and will have several updates over the course of time.

I guess I have to accept it.  There is no other solution.  Very boring page.  Hope for a change.

Thanks for responding.

I hate discovery hub.  Looks like a web page from 1995.  Bring back something better.  I have been an Xfinity customer for 20 years and this is the worst web page I have seen.

@XfinityMichelle all of you Xfinity employee's are passing along the same lip service [Edit: Inflammatory] to everyone that complains about losing our home page. We will pass this on to our care team ( you must mean your "[Edit: Inflammatory]" ) because Xfinity doesn't really care what we say, they will do what ever they want and keep raising prices. I am looking into moving to Verzion Fios to see if that is better. I am a Xfinity Diamond Member, but it maybe time to move on.

Dear Comcast/Xfinity, I can honestly say I'm angrier at you than I have been in... a long, long time. Your new Discovery Hub homepage is insulting. The fact that my.xfinity.com redirects there without any explanation is infuriating. And trying to ask your chat bot anything is possibly the worst. Seriously. "Where did my.xfinity.com go?" "You're having trouble with your Flex? I can help!" WHAT?! Please bring back the old home page. And if you won't do that, please give us something that doesn't look like it was designed by your troubleshooting chat bot.

@user_d8ffd0 I turly apologize regarding the experience with our new web view. I will be sure to pass along your feedback. You mentioned you are having troubles with Xfinity Flex. Can you provide additional details regarding the situation?

They aren't having problems with Flex.  When the customer asked "where did my.xfinity.com" go...the stupid chatbox was like "so you are having problems with Flex?"  No the customer is not having problems with Flex.  The customer is having problems because you deleted the old homepage and the new Discovery Hub is useless!

Agree with all of the above comments --new home page is useless if you care about news and current events. Please bring back old home page.

What [Edited: "Language"] happened to my regular "Myxfinityhome.com" home page???? I didn't ask for a change, and I don't like/want a change!!! I was used to, & comfortable with what I had!  I want the old one back, ASAP! I pay for your services, and it should be for what I WANT! Not what you choose to give me!!! I am "waiting" for the return to Myxfinity.com, or I will be CANCELLING my account with Xfinity!

Thank you for expressing your concern in our Forums. We do welcome our customer's feedback, which you can leave via the Xfinity assistant in the Xfinity app. Unfortunately I am not capable to change your home page back to what it was. With that said, we don't want to lose you as a customer. Besides the home page, do you have any other concerns with your account? We do appreciate and value all of our customers, and the best way for a customer to leave feedback regarding a service, or feature of their service, is by leaving that feedback with us in the Xfinity app, via the Xfinity assistant.

I called and complained about it. That new home page is nothing more than a way to sell services. I have every service Xfinity offers, I don’t need a sales pitch, a free movie night or a $10 price increase every year. I need curtesy with no recordings and a home page with news and programming information.

I too have lost the home page which I had access to on a bookmarked My.account.  I get a notice that the My Account will be replaced by something called the Hub. What I need is to be able to get the Xfinity web home page with the news categories, the weather, the links on the top to email, streaming, etc.  How do I do that? The "bots" assistants are in effect stupid and give me canned answers which do not apply to my issue.  Please just give me the url for the xfinity web site that I can bookmark. I use Google Chrome as my web browser. Customer service has my contact information.  I would appreciate a response. I have been a Comcast subscriber since 1980, and never encountered a problem like this.

I have the same problem.  The "assistant bots" are totally useless on this issue.

Okay, been with Comcast over 15 years.  You either give me back my original home page with news and info on it rather than this store front [Edited: "Language"] or Verizon here I come.  I am [Edited: "Language"] tired of company's changing [Edited: "Language"] just to be changing [Edited: "Language"].  Old site or one less customer.  I know you don't care, but it gets fixed or this is my last year with Comcast so help me God.

@XfinityDaryl Not going to an app.  Not calling anyone.  Done.  Either old home page comes back (which of course Comcast will never do now) or I'm going to Verizon.  So guess what?  I've already called and set up the initial appointment to go through house layout, etc.  June 28th.  So I guess a fifteen year business relationship will come to an end.  Not all is bad though, I guess Verizon will appreciate my nearly $4,000 a year since Comcast doesn't.  ($300 per month equals 3600 per year, plus extras like MLB Extra Innings and other stuff I'm sure I spend $4,000 a year here.  No longer.  So long Xfinity

The stupid "Discovery Hub" will, I hope cause Xfinity to lose most customers. Bad call and I'm not alone.

Only thing to "discover" there is how can I buy [Edited: "Language"] I don't need!

Useless on a good day, downhill from there!

Really disappointed.
