My Xfinity Home Page

What [Edited: "Language"] happened to my regular "Myxfinityhome.com" home page???? I didn't ask for a change, and I don't like/want a change!!! I was used to, & comfortable with what I had!  I want the old one back, ASAP! I pay for your services, and it should be for what I WANT! Not what you choose to give me!!! I am "waiting" for the return to Myxfinity.com, or I will be CANCELLING my account with Xfinity!

Thank you for expressing your concern in our Forums. We do welcome our customer's feedback, which you can leave via the Xfinity assistant in the Xfinity app. Unfortunately I am not capable to change your home page back to what it was. With that said, we don't want to lose you as a customer. Besides the home page, do you have any other concerns with your account? We do appreciate and value all of our customers, and the best way for a customer to leave feedback regarding a service, or feature of their service, is by leaving that feedback with us in the Xfinity app, via the Xfinity assistant.

@XfinityDaryl  Can you explain why the home page went away?  It appears to me to be an exceptionally stupid move on Comcast's part.  I have been with Comcast since the early 1980s and have never encountered so much trouble with tech support.  The bots are pre programmed with canned answers and do not address the issue I (and others) have.  If I get a live agent chat it is with someone in SE Asia who speaks poor English and neither of the two I dealt with could solve the problem.  I liked Comcast a lot more when you could pick up  the phone and actually talk to a knowledgeable human being.

I finally managed to contact a live person via telephone landline.  He told me the Xfinity home page is gone, forever.

That was an incredibly stupid decision on someone's part.  The  tech told me Comcast/Xfinity wanted to just focus on selling  more products/services and to no longer provide the web page with news categories, promos for t.v., and the links to email, streaming, voice mail, and account information.,

I have been a comcast customer since the early 80s, and this is by far the worst thing that Comcast has ever done.

I am seriously thinking about cancelling our services: internet, t.v., mobile  phone.

@XfinityDaryl I finally managed to contact a live person via phone landline, and he hold me the home page with the news divisions, links to streaming, weather, etc. that we are all used to has been eliminated, and all you will get when you log on is the ability to see your email.  Nothing else.

I called and complained about it. That new home page is nothing more than a way to sell services. I have every service Xfinity offers, I don’t need a sales pitch, a free movie night or a $10 price increase every year. I need curtesy with no recordings and a home page with news and programming information.

I finally found this site to allow me to lodge a complaint, though I doubt it will do much good.

I too have lost the home page which I had access to on a bookmarked My.account.  I get a notice that the My Account will be replaced by something called the Hub. What I need is to be able to get the Xfinity web home page with the news categories, the weather, the links on the top to email, streaming, etc.  How do I do that? The "bots" assistants are in effect stupid and give me canned answers which do not apply to my issue.  Please just give me the url for the xfinity web site that I can bookmark. I use Google Chrome as my web browser. Customer service has my contact information.  I would appreciate a response. I have been a Comcast subscriber since 1980, and never encountered a problem like this.

No, that link connects to a page that asks me to download an app to my phone so I can control my account from my phone.  Now what I want to do,  I have a bookmarked link to my email.  It is the Xfinity(comcast) home page with the news categories, weather, and other links across the top, eg: streaming

I have the same problem.  The "assistant bots" are totally useless on this issue.

I have the same issue, and finally found a live person via phone who told me the Xfinity web page is gone, permanently.  I found this site to lodge my complaint:
