Unlink old address

I have called and chatted with xfinity but no one has been able to unlink my old address from my account.
I sold my home 3 months ago and transferred services to my new address. I try to unlink my old address but it says I need to transfer administrative rights to another user. There is no other user. Can someone help me unlink it?

There's some unlinking issue preventing folks from doing so that we're investigating with our development teams.
