Unlink old address

I have called and chatted with xfinity but no one has been able to unlink my old address from my account.
I sold my home 3 months ago and transferred services to my new address. I try to unlink my old address but it says I need to transfer administrative rights to another user. There is no other user. Can someone help me unlink it?

There's some unlinking issue preventing folks from doing so that we're investigating with our development teams.

I need help to unlink an old address on my account but getting an error saying "automatic payments needs to be turned off" yet that account is inactive I can't make any changes to that account anymore.

As this post is old, we'll be closing the post out per our guidelines, but please reach out to our Customer Security Assurance team at 1-888-565-4329. This team will be able to assist in removing the additional email address/home address from your account as the online process is not allowing it.
