Sign-In only to be Logged Out Immediately After

I recently attempted to create an Xfinity account and install internet at my address. However, when I now attempt to log into my account I am immediately signed out every time without fail. I have tried to log in on three different browsers and two different devices, and have completely cleared my history/cache and restarted both devices as well, all with no success. I have been unable to confirm my order or pay my bill because of this.

If you did not receive a confirmation email then your account was not set up.

Thank you. I understand that, but I have been receiving emails from Xfinity whenever I attempt to log into my account from another device saying 'new Xfinity sign-in'. Additionally, I have been able to reset my password and have done so. If my account was not set up, how am I able to do these things?

I have had this same exact issue, as well as followed the same steps, with no luck. Any help would be ideal--was on the phone with customer support, but they couldn't find anything at my address and said they couldn't look up an account with the phone number/account email. I have also confirmed both my email address and phone number, and I can't create a new account with that same phone number. Please any help would be really appreciated

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

I'm experiencing the same issue as the original post and have tried numerous things to troubleshoot but cannot log into my account. Any help as soon as possible would be appreciated.

I've tried and failed at logging in with Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Cookies and cache have been cleared, incognito mode has been tried. All I get is an endless loop of being signed out.
