Sign-In only to be Logged Out Immediately After
I recently attempted to create an Xfinity account and install internet at my address. However, when I now attempt to log into my account I am immediately signed out every time without fail. I have tried to log in on three different browsers and two different devices, and have completely cleared my history/cache and restarted both devices as well, all with no success. I have been unable to confirm my order or pay my bill because of this.

If you did not receive a confirmation email then your account was not set up.

I have had this same exact issue, as well as followed the same steps, with no luck. Any help would be ideal--was on the phone with customer support, but they couldn't find anything at my address and said they couldn't look up an account with the phone number/account email. I have also confirmed both my email address and phone number, and I can't create a new account with that same phone number. Please any help would be really appreciated

I'm experiencing the same issue as the original post and have tried numerous things to troubleshoot but cannot log into my account. Any help as soon as possible would be appreciated.
