When I try to login customer.xfinity.com, I encounter a partially loaded page followed by a pop-up that says
A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later.
I am then returned to the log-in screen. I started xfinity October 26 and have repeatedly encountered this problem for close to a month. How can I login to my user account?
