When I try to login customer.xfinity.com, I encounter a partially loaded page followed by a pop-up that says
A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later.
I am then returned to the log-in screen. I started xfinity October 26 and have repeatedly encountered this problem for close to a month. How can I login to my user account?

Hi, @user_4e4737. Thanks for letting us know about your issue. Can you visit https://comca.st/3qYf0Cw and go through the process and see if it asks you to attach your ID? If it says your ID already exists and doesn't change anything you have to call our Customer Security Assurance at 1-888-565-4329. There could be an extended hold when calling. Thanks!
