RE: Xfinity Rewards

Are the xfinity rewards only available for people who have xfinity internet service? I have xfinity tv service but I got a message I’m not eligible?

To join Xfinity Rewards, you must be a current Xfinity TV, Internet, Home or Voice customer with a current and active Xfinity account in good-standing, be the primary user and be 18 years of age or older. Please see the Xfinity Rewards Terms and Conditions for more details.

I have both internet and tv, and also said I’m not eligible.

I’ve had the same problem as everyone here (and in numerous other threads about Xfinity rewards). I have tv, Internet, home, and mobile through Xfinity. I’ve received emails to join Xfinity rewards, but then I’m told I’m not eligible when I click on the link. I’m the primary user, it’s a residential account, and I meet all of the other qualifications listed in the FAQ. My account is in good standing, auto paid, etc. There should be a very simple solution to this, yet every thread has the same canned responses. Either it’s simply repeating what’s stated in the FAQ or the poster is told to send a direct message. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get an issue like this fixed 😏

Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums @user_c6b54d. I am sorry to hear this has caused you frustration. That is not at all what the rewards program is about. It sounds like you have tried all the basic troubleshooting steps. I am not seeing a known issue (at this time). I would like to do a little further digging and try a couple more troubleshooting steps from my end to get this fixed up for you. This will require your specific account information. We will circle back around to the public forum once finished.

Xfinity Rewards are A JOKE! The only 2 things I would like to use it gives me a message that I can`t get that. I was allowed to join but I say WHAT Rewards ?
