To join Xfinity Rewards, you must be a current Xfinity TV, Internet, Home or Voice customer with a current and active Xfinity account in good-standing, be the primary user and be 18 years of age or older. Please see the Xfinity Rewards Terms and Conditions for more details.

I’ve had the same problem as everyone here (and in numerous other threads about Xfinity rewards). I have tv, Internet, home, and mobile through Xfinity. I’ve received emails to join Xfinity rewards, but then I’m told I’m not eligible when I click on the link. I’m the primary user, it’s a residential account, and I meet all of the other qualifications listed in the FAQ. My account is in good standing, auto paid, etc. There should be a very simple solution to this, yet every thread has the same canned responses. Either it’s simply repeating what’s stated in the FAQ or the poster is told to send a direct message. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get an issue like this fixed 😏
