@user_i3uht4 I know I would be concerned to see an email stating I signed up for something that I didn't. I want to ensure all billing on the account is accurate, and would love to look into this further for you! If you send us a direct message with your full name and address, we'll be able to help out! Just hit the direct message icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen, click "new message", type "Xfinity Support" and select that profile to send us a message directly.
