I am unable to access membership benefits

I am unable to access my membership benefits, everytime I try, I'm stuck in a loop asking me to Join membership. I get emails reminding me to use the perks from my Gold membership. I can access my account, billing, and app no problem, just not my benefits. Please help!

It says:

Join Xfinity Membership to continue
It looks like you're not a member of the program yet. Once you join Xfinity Membership, it's easy to get the support you need. Just chat with Xfinity Assistant or visit Xfinity.com/support/membership.

I searched previous issues on this, and I have confirmed I am the primary on the account.

Sophieke, thank you so much for stopping in for help with your membership benefits not loading for you. If you do see that you are the primary user already, I would then recommend a few things to help. First, make sure you are connected to your home Wifi connection. Then, if you have not already done so, I would also recommend using a different browser. You can also clear your current browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps. Let me know if you still run into the issue after trying those steps.

Hi, I've tried a different computer, different browser, cleared cache and cookies, and it still routes me to the support page asking me to Join membership.

Please help.

Thank you for letting me know. Are you by chance managing more than one account with your Xfinity ID? Like an account at a different address or for a family member?

Okay, are you able to pick the default account to be your new address? You can use these steps here for that change. Look for the Switch between linked accounts section.

Hello @user_nxisp7, and thanks for reaching out on our Xfinity Community forums!

If you're just now trying to sign up for membership benefits, it may be helpful to know when you activated your account.  If it was in the past couple of days, your initial billing may not yet have generated in our system.  If that is the case, you would need to wait for that to occur before attempting to activate and begin redeeming Xfinity Member benefits.

If your initial billing has already generated and you can see a downloadable copy of your statement (you'll be able to see that in the Xfinity App), just let us know, and we'll be happy to further assist!

Unable to access via the app, browser (mobile and desktop), including cleared cache/cookies/using incognito. I am always back the page that says: "Join Xfinity Membership to continue

It looks like you're not a member of the program yet. Once you join Xfinity Membership, it's easy to get the support you need. Just chat with Xfinity Assistant or visit Xfinity.com/support/membership". Nothing has worked, I'm the only member in the household and on the account, as I have been for over 5 years now.

user_gnszx6 I appreciate you working with me today. What browser are you using? When you follow this link: https://www.xfinity.com/membership are you getting the same error?

I'm having this problem as well. I've done all of the troubleshooting steps suggested above, but I continue in a loop of

"Join Xfinity Membership to continue" that doesn't resolve. I've tried both Chrome and Firefox and get the same results. And, yes, I'm currently signed up Xfinity Internet and have been receiving multiple emails reminding me to "Claim your Peacock streaming perk at no extra cost."

Please help

I would love to use the membership perks as well, I’ve been an xfinity customer for a while and I am also having these issues. I’ve tried to do everything that was said before to troubleshoot and nothing has been working for me, just stuck on the same page. This is very unfortunate

I am having all of these exact same issues, despite using the only and primary username associated with my account and being a platinum member. I have tried all suggested methods of troubleshooting over several weeks. How is this being resolved?

I am having the same issue as all the previous customers have described above.  I cannot access my membership benefits and I have 1 gig xfinity internet.  Have tried all the solutions, the app, different browsers etc.  The screenshots that user_gnszx6 posted are the same for me.  Please assist me with getting this corrected so that I can have access.  This is my only account and I am the primary with no other users.

I have the above problem as well and have tried multiple browsers and computers, and tried the Xfinity app on iOS. I am the primary user with no secondary users on my account. Need help as well.
