Hi! Somehow I'm only a member on my account even though I'm the only one on it
Hi!
The account I have has come with me from CA to AZ and back, and apparently something got jumbled along the way. Right now I need to be fix the user roles, but don't know how else to access the account.

Hi there, @user_ni1ys9! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! Sounds like maybe there are additional user ID's you may not be aware of. I would first recommend using the XFINITY ID lookup tool. Once you find the primary login, if you don't know the password, you can reset it and then login and administer the account.
