Hi! Somehow I'm only a member on my account even though I'm the only one on it

Hi!

The account I have has come with me from CA to AZ and back, and apparently something got jumbled along the way. Right now I need to be fix the user roles, but don't know how else to access the account.

Thanks,

Hi there, @user_ni1ys9! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! Sounds like maybe there are additional user ID's you may not be aware of. I would first recommend using the XFINITY ID lookup tool. Once you find the primary login, if you don't know the password, you can reset it and then login and administer the account. You can find directions on how to do this here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/how-to-change-your-username Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

Hi! Thanks for your comment!

When I tried that, I only got the same email and phone number as I had before. At one point I had two accounts as well, and I saw that they are still linked, could that be the cause somehow? Does that mean the second account still open?

Thank you,

If the account has a member account, that does indicate that there is another Xfinity ID (Primary) tied to the account. Would you be able to visit our 'Find or change your Xfinity ID' support page to see what other Xfinity IDs might be linked or on the Xfinity account? If you have a primary Xfinity ID as primary on both accounts, any other ID could be associated as a member since there is technically a primary (linked) to the account. @user_ni1ys9
