Can't sign into account
I just created an xfinity account and verified my emial but whenever I try to sign in to my account I am immediately logged out. I have tried from different computers and browsers. Also unsuccessful on the app. It obviously is an issue on xfinity's end and seems common enough. If I could have help that would be great. Its very frustrating.

Thank you for taking the time to create this post to help assist you with logging into your new account, @user_d0155b. Have you set up your Gateway/modem and equipment yet or is that not yet at your home? The network would need to be setup first before you can fully log into your User Profile and account. Please let me know if this helps or if you have set up your network and we will be here to help troubleshoot this issue with you.

That is a good question, @user_d0155b. Part of your profile depends on your network being established first and this requires your equipment to be set up to do so, once they're up, it will assist you with activating the devices and your profile at the same time.

Ok so how am I supposed to know that my account is verified and that someone is coming to install my device? I chose that option but there is no way to double check that everything is all good. I called and they said they could not even find my account, but I literally made an account and verified it via email. All I need to do is pay but I can not sign into my account. This is the most stupid interface I have seen.
