Address
I have tried everything to change my address from my inactive Xfinity cable/Internet account to my new address but every time I try to do this I either get the email is linked to an active account already. Also get I'm not authorized to make any changes. I have chatted with Xfinity's support team so many times it's not even funny and sm ready to just cancel all 3 of my service with Xfinity.

If you had the same Xfinity ID and your preferred email is linked to that from a previous account that is either still open or now closed, we do have a process to link your new account and account to your previous address. When you go through those steps, are you getting stuck on any step in particular?

It's already linked. I've tried everything and have chatted with so many support team members for Xfinity, billing, mobile and just keep getting transferred back another dedicated support team member promising it will be taken care of.
I even tried adding the email yates [Edited: "Personal Information"] in the mail setting and it says I forget sorry have tried so many things they're all running together but it asked me of I wanted to do it manually and I tried but that's where I'm not sure what to put. Maybe in awhile I'll write down each question so I can add the correct info
Oh I also tried with a personal email I have with yahoo. I'm totally worn out with the whole situation. Been at this for a week daily every day.
