Account and Internet issues

Essentially this : https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/billing/service-terminated-abruptly-without-reason/65aac76a5bd1d830a3217c19

I had a whole thing typed out 3 different times and this page crashed every time I tried posting in depth.

My old address are still linked to my account even after transferring too and thats adding to the mess xfinity has been lately.

My account is showing it's paid so I'm pretty upset

Hey @PK_472936, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience regarding the Xfinity account and services. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you.

Could you please leave a comment with the particular issues you may be experiencing so we can best assist? Do you also have the Xfinity App where you can actively check on the current status of the account, billing, and services. Does the application or online web portal indicate anything regarding the current address where you have services?

I was trying to activate my internet as I transferred my service. However, it's saying my account is no longer active. I didn't cancel my service and I made my payments on time, so I don't understand why it was closed.

Thank you for calling visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community page @PK_472936. I'm happy to assist you. I understand how frustrating that must be.

Let me see if I understand correctly. You recently transferred services from one location to another? Whenever moving services from one location to another, you would be "Closing" the old address as each account is address and location specific. The new address would have its own new account number as it is a different location. Transferring services would help with keeping the same services and equipment.

Let's work together to find a solution. I recommend visiting our 'How to link, unlink, and switch between multiple Xfinity accounts' support page which provides instructions on how to switch between multiple Xfinity accounts to ensure you are on the correct account and address for your services for account information and service activation.
