A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields').

I am not able to access my latest bill nor the billing portion of the website from my PC. The page will either show nothing at all or I get the message: "A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields')." Lately, it seems portions of the Xfinity site are not operating smoothly or at all. 

And yes, I have tried from the Android app on my phone - and when I try to see my bill, I just get a white screen. 

I would appreciate any thoughts or suggestions. Thanks!

Hello @user_c499d3! Thank you for reaching out on our community forum. I hate to hear you're having trouble accessing your bill online. I appreciate you trying the app and website. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or using another browser as well by chance?

@XfinityJennifer​ I have indeed cleared browser (MS Edge) cookies/cache and the problem still exists. But an interesting note is that if I open an InPrivate window (MS Edge), the problem goes away. Very interesting ... but I should haven't have to keep using this method. :) Any additional thoughts?

@user_c499d3 Thank you for those details. I'm glad to hear it is working in private, but agree that you shouldn't have to use that every time. Typically, when private mode works, clearing cache and cookies will resolve it. I know you've already taken that step, but I would try again, and if it still doesn't work, there may be a browser setting preventing it from working.
