We are selling our home and moving to an Airbnb for about 6 months while our new home is being built. (All 3 locations are in the Xfinity service area), The Airbnb has all Xfinity services provided as part of the rent and I cannot "move" my existing services to the Airbnb. What are my options for

I am not able to access my latest bill nor the billing portion of the website from my PC. The page will either show nothing at all or I get the message: "A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields')." Lately, it seems portions of the Xfinity site are not operating sm

@XfinityJennifer​ I have indeed cleared browser (MS Edge) cookies/cache and the problem still exists. But an interesting note is that if I open an InPrivate window (MS Edge), the problem goes away. Very interesting ... but I should haven't have to ke

People insist on sending text messages to my home landline (Comcast VoIP) - no matter how many times I try to tell them. :(  Is there a way to retrieve SMS messages sent to my Comcast VoIP phone number? Thanks for any suggestions!
