Xfinity Voicemail Not Answering Calls to My Number

Unanswered calls to my Xfinity mobile do not go to Xfinity Voicemail. I've had this line and voicemail activated for several years. Why is this happening?

I'm referring to Xfinity Mobile service. Dialing *86 results in a recorded message saying the call cannot be completed. Incoming calls to my Xfinity mobile phone that go unanswered continue to ring and are not sent to voicemail. Dialing my Xfinity mobile number to access voicemail results in a busy signal.
