Update on iPhone 14 Shipments
Xfinity Mobile customers’ iPhone 14 orders may arrive a few days later than expected due to delivery delays from the manufacturer. We’ll email customers their shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as the devices ship. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

I had the exact same problem as others reported. Don’t contact mobile team at 1-888-936-4968. They are [Edited: "Inflammatory"] trained to just say anything. I had 3 different “specialists” come up with the craziest stories. One said two phones were under the same FedEx tracking number. One phone was shipping back to Xfinity and one to me. Told me to ignore the “delay” status reported on FedEx. Promised I was getting a phone that day. Never did. Another specialist said FedEx attempted delivery twice, but to the wrong city (I googled it, my address wasn’t in the other city). Just straight lie. I talked to FedEx. They said the phone never left their hands and xfinity recalled it. They said this happens often with Xfinity mobile. Something is definitely going on.
i told xifinity to ship the phone right back to me once they got it. Somehow not an option. Made me order another phone, which is on back order until Oct 7. And no can say why it was recalled.
This should be the simplest form of commerce. I order, they ship, FedEx delivers, customer enjoys. I do this with Amazon 5 times a week. Xfinity mobile can’t figure it out.
Watch, Xfinity Mobile will respond to this post and tell me to contact the “specialist”. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]. Legal action may be the only option.

I placed an order on September 16, 2022 for IPhone Pro Max 256gb. My phone supposed to been delivered on Friday September 30,2022. I received an email on a Thursday 9/22/2022 that my phone was on the way. My phone was delivered this morning Monday 9/26/2022. So they are coming just look out for that email from Xfinity mobile.

Ordered 14 pro 256 on 09/19, originally shows delivery by 10/07. Still no signs of shipping.
Customer Service gave different answer when asking when it could ship. One said 09/26 which already passed. Asking today was told someone time week. Guess I have to pray it won't delay beyond 10/07

I ordered a Iphone 14 Pro 128gb on 9/24. After 3 failed attempts since sept 21st. I received an estimated delivery date of October 14th. FedEx is already displaying "Master" in my app. Hopefully, I get an early delivery also. Thinking sometime Next week. Since no update this week.

I had an oct 7th ship date, but got it Sep 28th. Xfinity mobile's service [Edited: "Language"] REAAAAAlly bad. debating if I'll wait until phone is paid off and switch or just switch now. my bf and I share locations and I can't even see his current location. It shows me location from yesterday

Well I pre ordered my Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max 512GB Space Black on 9/9. The estimated delivery date was 9/30, which of course was yesterday. No one from Xfinity Mobile called. Have not received a FedEx tracking number yet. 😡

I placed my order on a Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max 256GB Gray on 9/9. I still don't have an estimated delivery date. In fact, I never receive an email since 9/9, No one from Xfinity Mobile called. Ordered the 14 Pro Max 128gb on 9/26 and finally received it this morning. But I'm still having a hard time activating the eSIM. Xfinity needs to do better🤦🏻♂️

Ordered my 14plus 2 weeks ago Xfinity says availability is the 21st contacted an Xfinity support member I was told delivery ETA is the 21st so I’m just hoping for the best right now wish there was behind the scenes updates.

Ordered the iPhone 14 pro max silver 128GB through xfinity mobile on Oct. 2nd and haven’t received any update, my ETD is Nov. 18th but upon checking the site it’s says Nov 11th. It’s just mind blowing that people are ordering the phone when it’s on backorder and are receiving them within a week and it’s the same phone. XFINITY PLEASE GIVE US UPDATES. Don’t leave us in the dust please.

My Iphone 10 started to give me trouble, so before it got worse I ordered the iphone 14, and 13 days later is still hasn't arrived , no update on tracking or anything. These big companies are quick to take our money but slow to deliver quality products. at least offer your customers some sort of discount on there bill to balance the issues that's been caused ( former business owner ).

Finally getting mine TODAY!!!!!!! Ordered on 9/11. Should have received it 9/30 according to my confirmation email. My FedEx account said master for almost a week before I received an actual tracking number on Wednesday.
