Following, have the same frustration. Apple watches are the only supported smartwatches currently. 😕

My wife and I both have Samsung Galaxy phones purchased from Xfinity, they are our provider and yet we can't connect our Galaxy watches to the same service. This doesn't make sense. Why would I buy a Samsung Galaxy smartphone, have a Samsung Galaxy tablet- all purchased through Xfinity- and then have to use an Apple watch? Please explain.

Yep, just got off a chat with them about this.  [Edited: "Inflammatory"]  There are over 30 million Galaxy Watch owners that they are alienating.  Great business move, Xfinity!  (insert eyeroll here).

@user_ffade5 xfinity mobile doesnt sell galaxy tablets in my market. i believe they only have ipads nationwide. the lack of other samsung devices like watches and tablets could be due to something on samsungs end. they may have exclusive deals with other mobile competitors. my frustration is the same, I have a note 20 ultra with XM and am waiting to buy a smart watch until I see XM selling it.

Lack of Galaxy watch support is the only thing preventing me from switching to xfinity mobile.  Xfinity, please consider adding support for android watches.  Thank you

Please make the move to support Galaxy watches, you will make current customers ecstatic and certainly bring in new customers. The market is large!

Looking for the same thing. I love my Xfinity service...but wondering WHY I can't add a Galaxy watch to my plan since I have a brand new Samsung S22 Ultra on my line. This is more than frustrating. It's alienating. Please Xfinity, hear us and fix this! I'm so disappointed I can't have an LTE watch and keep my service.

The exact reason I had to cancel Xfinity mobile service. My wife wasn’t happy that she could never use her galaxy watch. We waited 6 years for compatibility and still nothing and just made the switch back to Verizon.

Not good Xfinity. I'm already in a bad mood. My fitbit sense died today and I've had it. Fitbit and I are officially over. I'm getting a Galaxy watch for sure so if you don't support it we are breaking up too.

This is kind of a deal breaker for me too. I'll give XM/Comcast another month or so to support my Galaxy Watch, or I'll have to go elsewhere.

Following. We are about to switch to Verizon.  I want the new watch but don't want to be bound by just wifi.  Xfinity.........step up your game please or you're gonna lose more of us! We love everything else about Xfinity and I don't want to break up......but......sometimes people need more in a relationship 🙃
