S22 Ultra From Samsung.com

Can I order an S22 Ultra from Samsungs website and use it with my Xfinity plan? I'd like to order one of the exclusive colors Xfinity doesn't offer. Thanks

@XfinityMikeB​ yes I have. One representative said yes I can do that and another one said I need the IMEI before I can know for sure. Obviously, the IMEI does not exist yet for these devices. Disappointing not to be able to get a straight answer. I'm new to xfinity mobile from Tmobile.

I was about to switch my family to Xfinity from Verizon.  It's almost like xfinity does not want our business.  We have 6 lines, and xfinity will only start service with up to 5 lines.  They are selling the pre-release Samsung S22 Ultra phones.  But the very nice store manager told me that they really do not know if and when they will even support porting a user that has their own S22 Ultra unlocked (we already pre-ordered these phones).  This is ridiculous.  I cannot get a straight answer that I can even bring my S22 Ultra to Xfinity once I have it.

Thank you for responding but this is not an adequate way to proceed. One should be able to say YES: we support this type of phone (even if it is not yet released); or NO: we do not.  Otherwise there is no way for the consumer to make a good decision about either their purchase or their movement to Xfinity.
