Payment declined on Mobile Only... Every MONTH [Edited]

I have been a long-time customer of Xfinity/Comcast, and this payment decline phishing email is absolute [Edited: "Profanity"]!

My Internet payment goes through with zero issues. I was even credited from my mobile last month to the same card on file, and the credit went through with zero issues. Then, why in the [Edited: "Profanity"] is this mobile auto pay constantly being declined? The account has been recently changed to a new name with the same [Edited: "Language"] card and still DECLINED! But like I said, the Internet payment goes through every single month.

This glitch/scam/[Edited: "Profanity"] NEEDS to be addressed once and for all, Xfinity!  This same message has been circulating for YEARS?!?!

OH, and the new account auto generated, YES I said "AUTO-GENERATED" a bogus email account that I do NOT own nor can access! [Edited: "Profanity"]

Xfinity, get your [Edited: "Profanity"] together man@!

Greetings @DeclinedMonthly, and thanks for reaching out to us on the community forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the payments for your mobile account, I know how frustrating that can be, but you have come to the right place for assistance. Have you reached out to your financial institution to see if they can tell you any information about why the payments are being declined?

The denied emails have recently stopped, because now they have put my name, email and home address on a bogus account ending in [Edited: "Personal Information"]

That's why I say that they are phishing emails. They want me to be stupid and lazy and click on the links that they supply so helpfully. And I meant to apologize for the profanity in the original message. Although, I have to laugh. Because that's how frustrated and at my wits end, I feel with what seems like a never-ending nightmare.
