Corporate Level Complaint Please!!!!!!!!!

I would like to start by saying I have been with xfinity for a total of 6 years now for my cable and internet and loved it.  However I since added the NOW mobile plan and that was the worst decision i have made as far as cell phone providers goes. Started from the very first day when i asked the salesman on the phone if I had time to think about porting my cell phone and changing providers to them.  He said that I could but then he would not get the comission.  He also said that each number that we had moved over or started a new line with we would get a 50$ activation gift card as soon as the lines were activated.  Well he lied  I got only one of them and I had to wait about 5 months to get it.  Then from the very start I had issues with porting my number over.  Youre technical support has never one time helped me repair a single issue I was having with any of it.  They have never one time after telling me that they would call me back about an issue that they had no idea how to repair so they say they call back and dont.  well I had to add another line and was paying for two lines for some time.  June should be have been when the phone was turned off for the second line. 

Well since June I have been charged for 2 cell phone plans.  I log in on the account and you can clearly see that it shows that I have one working cell phone and the other line says status not available.  i have chatted via text many many times to be told that i was being issued the refunds 2 different times by two different agents.  Each and every one of them all repeated the same scripted lines to me and never one time helped me.  They then told me that I had to go to the physical store to get any help.  The hours there are  10a-7pm  and of course I work 930-730 so getting there was hard.

Up until this, I had had so many issues with the people on the chat end of xfinity.  And only for NOW.  They are the worst they transfer and transfer and repeatedly tell you lies to get you off the hook with the as they promise that they contacted the second level support and they will contact me and fix this.  Never not one has anyone.  But when I finally got to the store, immediaetly was told that NO we dont deal with NOW.n  That is not part of xfinity.  Then one EE at the store by the name of Ben in State College, PA listened to the story from start to finish and how I was being double charged for 3months now and could not get a live person on the phone and did not know what to do.  He took down my number and said that he would contact me the next day.  He never did.  Then I was able to go in a couple weeks later and the STORE MANAGER jamie, listened and looked at my information on the APP about the phone plan I have and could see that I was not lying and that there was clearly only one working line.  She was dumbfounded.  Took my number and promised a call back by wed.  that was friday.   Three weeks later still havent heard from her as I even asked her are you sure that you are going to contact me back as not one time has anyone from the mobile side of things done a single thing to help me yet.  she promised as she stated well they dont know the same people that i do and said that she would.  She has not.

  The agent that I would connect with VIA chat would listen and say I was connected with the wrong dept and transfer me and make me tell the entire situation all over again.  This happened alot.  Then I would get disconnected accidently or on purpose we dont know.  But this happened alot.  Sometimes after hours invested and not getting anywhere at all  I saved most of the chats used to seek out help to prove the stuff that was going on with them. This was exhausting and I have spent countless hours connected VIA chat to get absoultely no where.  Then  porting my number and some how creating the worst case scenario was only the beginning.  I have a plethora of messages proving they have lied to me non stop and just made me run in circles.  I cant get any help to get my three months of 2nd line cell phone that I did not have back.  Then I am moving all services away from this place as they are now the worst
