Xumo app on x1 is not working for favorites

Using the Xumo app on my x1 box is not working.  I have a network setup as a favorite and when I access i, it times out without bringing up the network content to watch on demand.  If I use the app on my iPhone/tablet is works as it should.  I contacted Xumo directly and they said it had to be Xfinity that corrected this issue as it is an app on their box.

I went to Xfinity store and they said to replace the box, which they did and the issue was not corrected.

user_df25b4 I'm sorry to hear about the Xumo App not working on the X1 Box. This is not the experience we would like you to have, and we'd like to help troubleshoot. When you try to launch the app, are you getting a specific error message? What do you mean by "network set up as favorite"?

You select a channel as a favorite, then you can access the channel when you select networks the channel shows up first as your favorite.

 when you select the network the shows show up to be able to be selected for on demand viewing.  This is not happening, it just times out.

What is the network that you have saved that you are trying to launch? Does this happen with other content?

Update, we received another main box and it is now working on it, but the additional boxes ( we have three)  it is not and it times out. I tried additional channels/ networks and got the same results.

I appreciate the update user_df25b4, and it's certainly odd that the other boxes in your home wouldn't be working after the swap. I'd like to take a deeper look into your account to see if we can get this resolved.
