Xfinity Support

We recently moved and none of our previously purchased movies transfered to our new house. We have all of the same equipment. Please help

Hi @Newman_5, Once you've completed the move/transfer process (online or by speaking to a Move Specialist), the movies and TV shows that you purchased through Xfinity should automatically be transferred to your new address. I'd like to ask, how old are these are these movies?
