Xfinity Recently Watched not updating
The recently watched section under For You worked fine until a few days ago. Now it no longer updates. Further, on-demand TV shows are not being properly flagged as watched. Also, on demand TV shows that I’ve started to watch, no longer offer resume.
I have restarted the box twice and restarted the gateway once. This hasn’t helped. Why is it doing this and how do I fix it?

Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. Our team will be happy to help. It seems like a simple restart has not fixed the update issue with your recently watch section, so we suggest a system refresh. You can do this by saying "System Refresh" into your voice remote, and following the prompts on screen.
