Xfinity Hangouts needs to be swapped out or on limited rotation. ie; legacy on demand tv systems, always playing in the on demand menu.

So every time for the past two years at least, that we use our legacy motorolla surfboard to access the classic on demand menu with xfinity, the most highly annoying 'Xfinity Hangouts' show continues to play in the back ground on an infinite repeat loop.   With decades of content, trailers, and all the other rich content, this is the only thing Xfinity can play in the legacy on demand menu?  We don't want to see this on our television, make it go away please.  There is no other option and this always plays in the back ground, there is no way to make it stop.  And it plays in a continuous loop to infinity, 24/7.  Please bring back movie trailers or something in this small window.  This is too awful to be the only content playing literally all the time in the legacy on demand menu while customers try to use the content library.  And no, we do not want to upgrade our equipment.  Thank you.

No, I do not need to provide you any personal information, in order for a national provider to change the standard legacy on demand content.  Either the programming is fair and balanced, set for everyone, or it's tailored to individuals, in which case this is clearly harassment, me having rang in to Xfinity for the past decade, asking for woke content to take a back seat to the majority user base, and mysteriously I'm barraged with non stop woke content in the legacy on demand menus.  I have previously made specific requests for this content to be personalized and alterable, and I have always been told this is uniform content set for all users.

Additionally whomever is running the legacy on demand menu organization is clearly incompetent.  For every movie we have purchased in the past several years, they no longer are set in a well organized manner.  Now I have other movie content, additional movie content, etc.  There are like 3 or 4 sections I have to review to see previous movie purchases, as they no longer are all listed in one convenient section like they used to be.

FIX IT.  Take Xfinity Hangouts off of a non stop repetitive loop please.  This programming is not entertainment, it is punishment.  Xfinity Hangouts is like a private zoom call, and is not professional developed quality content worthy of having it's own show.  If I want to see boring woke progressive people run on and on about themselves in an infinite stream of narcissism and ego to their inner clique over a zoom call, I'll watch youtube.

The issue is not resolved.  Xfinity Hangouts is still playing in an infinite loop in the legacy on demand menu.  Highly annoying and disrespectful to paying consumers.

The issue is not resolved.  Always, day and night, xfinity hangouts continues to play in the on demand menu.  It has been this way for several years.  Please make xfinity hangouts go away and swap with something else like what used to play, coming soon videos, internet safety videos, or a medley of content.  There is no justification to force customers to watch xfinity hangouts every last second of the day, whenever the on demand menu is attempted to be utilized.  Or return user control such as there simply is no pre programmed content playing in the window, but rather it just continues to play whatever channel we were watching prior to entering the on demand menu.  That's how it used to be.  Still unable to let the children use xfinity on demand due to this issue.  Please stop playing adult content which is not suitable for children in the on demand menu while the customer is using legacy equipment.  Xfinity hangouts is adult content with adult themes as well as being a generally objectionable and ultra boring program with questionable morals and content.
