The Killing on Acorn TV in On Demand

Season 2 of the series The Killing was loaded into Acorn TV On Demand on 12/11/2023 missing Episode 9.

This is a murder mystery series so for viewing continuity Episode 9 should also be loaded.

Thank you for reaching out to us @susan.h! Have you noticed if this episode is missing in the Xfinity Stream app and on your Cable box?

I can access Season 2 Episode 9 through Xfinity online streaming.  Episode 9 is not in On Demand through my Cable box (TV).  I'd rather view it from my TV rather than my computer.  Thanks.

Thank you for confirming that @susan.h! I completely understand how the temporary solution of watching this episode online is not as preferable compared to watching it on your TV.  Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at why the episode is available through the stream app but not on the cable box. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
