streaming

My system can access streaming through my Roku (works fine) or by using the provided Xfinity box. Streaming will go for  a few minutes, then freeze and display a message that it cannot access the internet. I have replaced the box and re-booted the system with no improvement.

Hey @user_851492, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our Forums. We definitely don't want you missing out on your shows and I'd love to help. Is it happening on all the Streaming apps or just certain ones? Also, do you notice the same problem for On-demand content?
