Rewards: Enjoy a Movie Night

I claimed this $1.00 reward. It was my understanding that I had 30 days in which to watch a movie for $1.00. However, after I watched a movie, that reward is still "Active" on my account. Does that mean I can watch more movies for $1.00 until that reward expires and moves to "Complete"?

Hello! That’s a great question! If this is a coupon, it is normally intended to be used once. However, it may show as active still if it had not updated after being applied. When you placed your order for OnDemand, did it show as having been applied at the time?

@XfinityDevinC

After I got the coupon on 1/11/2022, I watched a movie. I got three emails. One had:

A coupon was applied to your recent On Demand order

As of now, that coupon is active on my account.

Thank you for the screenshots! This helps a lot. This should be used once and it looks as though you received confirmation that it had been applied to your order. However, as a second place to look, you can log into  https://comca.st/3nN7XdR and check your redemption history. I can understand that seeing it show as active would be a tad confusing still. It should be for a one-time coupon but if you would like, we can check the status on our end as well. If you would like to review that with us, please send us a direct message so we can gather your account information securely.

Here's the detailed steps to Direct Message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

... Does that mean I can watch more movies for $1.00 ...

The "Details & Restrictions" link for the "$1 Movie Night reward says:

Restrictions apply. Limited time offer. Offer limited to Xfinity Rewards Members while supplies last. Members must claim $1 Movie by first clicking ‘Get this reward’ button and then rent their movie by the expiration date. $1 Movie has no cash value, may not be redeemed for cash, and cannot be used for any movie rented before claiming the $1 movie. May only be applied toward rentals of XFINITY On DEMAND™ movies up to a $5.99 value. Limited to one $1 movie rental per Account. Taxes and fees extra. Valid in the United States; void where prohibited.  Comcast reserves the right to modify or cancel Reward at any time. May not be assigned or transferred. All redemptions are final.

Sadly, the "Details & Restrictions" info doesn't seem to be available after a reward is claimed.
