Problem using Xfinity On Demand movie rental coupon

I had the same issue that another user on this forum had. When I followed the instructions to get a $5.99 off credit on an on demand movie rental, I was instructed to put in the code on the coupon offer. There was none. I couldn't find any type of other instructions on the website. Please advise.

If the Coupons page was fixed and the link now works, why not say that, instead of mysteriously posting with no explanation a link the customer has already tried?
