PPV Did Not Record

Purchased the AEW Forbidden Door PPV yesterday and selected Purchase and Record, as I was going to be unable to watch as it aired. When I got home and wanted to turn it on it and there was nothing to find. Doesn’t appear in the DVR section or under Purchases. I have bought all previous AEW PPV’s and never experienced this problem. Tried resetting the cable box but nothing still shows up. Still gonna get charged for something I had no access to.
