Paramount+ Returns APPS-04036 Error
I have tried resetting the modem, doing a system refresh, and clearing the local cache, but apparently like several other people I cannot avoid the APPS-04036 error that appears after the Paramount+ home screen is partially displayed. I had been using Paramount+ for months without any issues, but then the error appeared last week and has never gone away.

I have the same problem and in looking at other posts, this has been an ongoing problem.

The problem went away the next day after I cleared the local cache. It came back again after I tried searching in Paramount+. The search failed to retrieve all results, and then I got the original error again. However, the problem went away the next day after I reset the cache again.

Paramont+ error code APPS 04036
I’ve had the same problem for months. Xfinity, fix this already!!!! It’s your problem! We pay for the app, we should be able to use it!
