Ordered premium channel 2 days ago - still not available
I signed in to Xfinity and ordered Starz 2 days ago. I got an email saying they had received my order and were "working on it." That was 2 days ago. When I try to access Starz I get the message that I must subscribe to watch it. Last time I did this it took about 15 minutes. I "chatted" with the chat bot which was no help whatsoever. Was told to "refresh" which I did with no result. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
