On demand GONE 2 MONTHS

Cl 17 error. Tried everything!! Problem is Outside. Comcast does nothing.

You need to update your X1 box if you're on the X1 platform.  If not on that platform you need to be.

On Demand now gone FOUR months.....If XI boxs are needed....they are not free.....  MORE MONEY!!!! We already pay $140.....can't afford any more money.  We have NO added channels...ie: HBO, etc.....We just watch simple TV.  Just got an email from Xfinity saying that they're raising rates as of next month.!!!!! No mention of how much either. Unbelievable....How come we're feeling ripped off.
