Movie reward

Why have a movie reward when you get charged for the movie 2 months later on your bill? I got the ghostbusters movie reward in October but then just got charged 12.99 for it for my December bill. I would have never got the reward if I knew I’d get charged down the road. Always a disappointment with Xfinity.

We can most certainly review the account, billing, and services to review the charges, credit, and redemption of the Xfinity Rewards movie. Usually there will be a charge for the movie along with a credit to offset the charge of the movie. This can be reviewed on the service bill.
