Gangs of London, Season 3 Episode 3--Not available "Free on AMC+" to AMC+ subscribers

I pay for an AMC+ subscription through Xfinity as a "Premium" channel add-on to my TV plan. The newest episode of Gangs of London dropped on January 29, 2026. There was no problem with the first two episodes of season 3. However, the third episode is lot listed as "Free on AMC+" when I try to watch it on TV (X1). What's going on? It's weird. It's just that episode that's a problem. I have no problem watching any other on-demand show or movie on AMC+. I've never had any problem such as this with my AMC+ subscription.

Hi there, @user_rt7jzn. Are you still having this issue? If so, are you having the same problem on the stand alone AMC+ app on other devices?

@XfinityFrank yes but I found I can watch it on the streaming app but not on demand / through the AMC+ app from the tv box

also, the AMC+ stand alone app is not supported by Xfinity. They only have 2 eligible providers otherwise I would have to pay for AMC+ subscription directly.

@user_rt7jzn, thanks for confirming. Are you navigating to the actual AMC+ app on the X1 box to try and watch, or using the standard X1 menu?

I’ve tried both and neither work. The episode is showing under the available but not under the free tab. When I select the episode under the available tab it opens the AMC+ app that then prompts me to sign in with provider. Again Xfinity is not a listed provider for AMC+

I just sent a DM to Xfinity Support and got a threat that my account will be cancelled if I do that again because it's a TOS violation to DM without first creating a public post. I did create a public post, and you directed me to DM Support.

Kay1965 My apologies, I missed the request for DM. I'm happy to continue assisting you in DM to help you resolve the issue, and get a ticket issued.

Yes, issue a ticket. I DM'ed Support already and provided my full name and service address there.

@Kay1965 I know you shouldn’t have to go through so much hassle to watch a service you pay for but do you have the Xfinity streaming app and if so did you try to watch ep3 through that?

This issue still isn't resolved. Has anyone found an alternative way to watch Episode 3 without paying an additional fee?
