I am experiencing it too. Every day for the last week hoping it gets fixed. Doesn’t seem like it’s ever going to get fixed.

I also posted about this a couple days ago.   I'm hoping that someone from Xfinity will see these posts and Fix it .

Crisis on infinite earths part 5
This one shows it incorrectly again as: DC’s Legends S5 e8:).
I was able to stream from my phone to my tv n enjoy.

A tad too much Oli, but don’t want to spoil as it was well worth watching to the end which hints at a potentially cool new throwback with a slight twist of characters show.

This is insane. The Crisis finale and it’s the wrong da mn show. Been a week and it’s still messed up. Comcast is terrible!

They do this on purpose so you have to pay to watch it.

Still hoping for a fix.

Two SD episodes, both labeled 501; one is the above mentioned Legacies content, the other is 502.

Three HD episodes, all labeled 501 - can't say if one is the missing Crisis finale.

I also saw that there are 3 HD and 2 SD listed.  NONE of them are the correct episode.  They are either S5 E2 or Legacies.

Crisis on infinite earths part 5 of 5 is the finale, you can see all 5 crossovers in the CW app on a phone. 5 of 5 is labeled wrong as dc e8, but is finale of crisis.

While that is good news, I'd much rather watch it on my 55" television screen than on my 5" phone screen.

Xfinity - Just FIX THIS already !

It streamed amazingly to my 82” Samsung Q80 via Apple screen mirroring. Had to keep phone unlocked and not able use the phone for anything else while watching, but worth it for the ending preview of a potential new spinoff show.

Still a problem.  The 501 it should be in is the one with the description "Worlds lived, worlds died and nothing will ever be the same" (the same text as can be found on various TV websites).

Comcast, please fix before it would expire (on 2/18)!

(I think it may have originally been scheduled to be s4 e17, then was moved to be s5 e1, which may have caused some confusion; however, the show LEGACIES has nothing to do with this and should not be in that slot!  Its production number was 508, which may have induced the incorrect "s5 e8" that someone mentioned finding.)

Sorry, no smartphone and no HD, so I need the SD episode.  I feel cheated, since I watched the other four episodes of the "Crisis...." crossover.

Ditto.

Has anyone called 1-800-COMCAST about this?  Like any other on-demand problem discussed here in the past several months, it is not apparent that any Comcast employee has read this. It is utterly unclear whether anyone has successfully brought this to the attention of the On-Demand Team.

Sadly, I gave up on trying the telephone route for On Demand episode issues after being told one too many times to unplug my cable box, wait a minute, plug it back in, and call back after things repopulated; then they wanted to schedule a service appointment!  They were clearly reading from scripts that did not handle this sort of issue, and I had difficulty explaining the problem in a manner that would get it directed appropriately.

There is at least one Comcast employee, @CCAndrew , currently responding to other articles in this forum.  There used to be several.

There’s probably no hope in getting this fixed for a free viewing, but I did see these two items (HD and SD, see photos) on my legacy system by typing “DCS LEG” via Search. The descriptions are correct (5th and final leg of the...um...quintogy?) but what are the odds that if one shelled out the extra moola to view, that it really would be the right item?

For those who missed it, according to thefutoncritic.com, this episode is now scheduled to run a repeat on Thursday, April 9, 2020 at 9:00 P.M. on The CW.  (It's called "#508" in that listing; that site does not use air date for its numbering.)

I have no idea whether it will make it into On Demand this time, though.
