Can't watch purchased season 4 of Yellowstone

I purchased season 4 of Yellowstone and episode 4 is not showing.

Called Xfinity several times with no clear answer, except that the show  Yellowstone has an outage.

This sounds made up to me .

I've never heard of such a thing as one tv show episode outage.

Went through all the [Edit - language] to no avail.

Anyone else have issues or a way for me to watch what I just paid for.

Episodes 1-3 played fine.

Episode 4 is just not there.

Tech support could  not resolve this  I finally got connected to billing after explaining problem I . was given a $10 credit so I will simply buy episode 9 and 10 with the credit @ 3$ ea seems to be occuring at roll over to new months  billing cycle this should have been simple to fix or had not occurred at all

I still do not have Episode 9 and contacted xfinity and demanded a refund for the 17.99.  They cannot deliver what they promised and charged.  I will go purchase it somewhere else.

I will never buy a subscription from Xfinity again. Prime was maybe 1-2 days behind new Yellowstone release at most. Not 5+ with no resolution in sight.

12.31.2021.  I also purchased Season 4 of Yellowstone.  I don't have Paramount Network.  I also had problems getting S4E9.

Here is what I did and I got it.

1. Refresh

2. Access through Search.  (I tried this before I refreshed and I couldn't access it)

3. Free to me showed S4E8 but Available showed S4E9.  Previously, before refresh, showed only purchase for 2.99 or available on paramount network (which I don't have).

4. I clicked on S4E9 under Available tab and it started to play.

Happy New Year.

I called Xfinity and the Customer Service rep says that it is Paramount's settings.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention everyone. You guys are awesome! I certainly understand this is frustrating and everyone is excited to watch the season. I am sorry if agents you have spoken to recently have not received updated information yet. We are showing a known problem with Yellowstone Season 4, episode 9. It is certainly a bummer to have to wait to watch this episode. We do have our Advanced Technical Team working to get this episode up and running for everyone as soon as possible. We will circle back around and let everyone know once we have an update or workaround. Thank you for being patient and understanding.

For those of you who expect to see the last episode of Yellowstone (shown on Paramount Cable channel (Sunday night 1/2/2022).

Please check the link below. It will not be shown on Paramount Plus (Internet).

Yellowstone's finale won't stream on Paramount Plus, sorry (msn.com)

I noticed that the Paramount cable channel is showing all episodes of season 4 (1 through 10) starting around 8:30am CST Sunday, 1/2/2022
